This is a rare Rolex Prince Observatory doctor’s watch made for the Canadian market in the 1930/40’s and still with it’s original dial! The Prince has long been considered to be a “grail watch” to many collectors because of it’s rarity and outstanding Rolex Prima movement. Rolex imported movements to Canada and cased them locally to avoid high duties, this watch is correctly cased in a Wadsworth gold filled case and is completely original. The Rolex Prima 17 Jewels baguette movement is in excellent working condition and was recently serviced. Photos are not actual size of watch, the case measures 20 mm across (not including crown) x 34 mm lug to lug and is fit with a new ostrich leather bracelet.
