This Rolex Oyster “Nelson” is a great looking small men’s vintage manual wind watch with an original patinaed dial and steel Oyster case with gold bezel. The screw down crown is functional and has the Rolex logo. The Rolex signature appears inside case and twice on movement, reference number inside case is 5021, and serial number is 65403, which dates watch to 1950. Rolex named many watches after famous people the “Nelson” name likely refers to either the British General Nelson or Lord Nelson but I have not been able to confirm this so far. The watch is in excellent working condition. Small men’s watches like this are also suitable for women, please verify the measurements. Photos are not actual size of watch, it measures 30 mm across (not including crown) x 35 mm lug to lug and is fit with a brown leather bracelet.
