Rare Waltham American antique vintage conductor’s railway pocket watch 18 size with wind reserve indicator, produced in 1909 and with high quality 23 gold set jewels model 1892 Waltham Vanguard movement (also known as model ’92), adjusted to 5 positions, and with Breguet hair spring. The serial number of this watch is 17002195, it was part of a very small run of 299 movements (17002001 – 17002300). Enamelled dial is double sunk, it is original and in very good overall condition with a couple of very small age marks, crystal is glass, time is set by unscrewing bezel and pulling out lever as was required for all railway timers. Movement serial number is 17002195, it has been serviced by our watchmaker and is in excellent working condition. Photos are not actual size of watch, it is a “16 size” and measures 54mm across x 76mm from base to top of bow.
